Job summary

IPSY is seeking a VP, TPM to act as a trusted partner to the CTO and to lead the centralized TPM function across our technology organization.

This is a hybrid role that blends the strategic foresight of a Chief of Staff, the executional rigor of a Head of PMO, and the technical, metrics-driven mindset of a Digital Operational Excellence leader — applied to a high-volume, high-growth e-commerce and subscription-commerce platform.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of technology leadership spanning strategy, program management, and digital operations.
• Experience supporting executive leaders (CTO level) and scaling operational capability.
• Experience in consumer-facing digital products, e-commerce, or subscription platforms.
• Fluent delivery mechanics, instrumentation, and engineering culture across an organization.

Responsibilities

• Drive annual planning, OKR alignment, and progress tracking across technology.
• Lead the centralized PMO; define vision, operating model, governance.
• Define and manage a portfolio of strategic initiatives across platforms and experiences.
• Build and lead a high-performing PMO team; establish standardized methodologies.
• Improve Agile practices, roadmap planning, backlog prioritization and release governance.
• Own Digital Operations and Site Event Operations for reliability and peak events.
• Establish resource capacity planning and forward-looking staffing.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, ROI tracking, and KSIs tied to outcomes.
• Foster transparency, governance, and strong executive communication.
