Job summary
IPSY is seeking a VP, TPM to partner with the CTO and lead the centralized PMO across its technology organization. This fully remote role combines strategic leadership with hands-on program management for a high-growth e-commerce platform.
The role focuses on platform modernization, checkout/payments, fulfillment, personalization, and subscription systems, delivering reliable performance and scalable governance across engineering, product, and data teams.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in technology leadership spanning strategy, program management, and digital operations
- 5+ years in a PMO
- Experience in consumer-facing digital products, e-commerce, or subscription-commerce platforms
- Fluent in delivery mechanics, instrumentation, and engineering culture
Responsibilities
- Drive annual planning, OKR alignment, and progress tracking across the technology organization
- Lead the centralized PMO function; define and implement its vision, operating model, and governance framework
- Define and manage a portfolio of strategic initiatives spanning platform modernization, checkout/payments, fulfillment, personalization, and subscription systems
- Build the operating framework to prioritize work, track milestones, and manage risk
- Lead a high-performing team of project/program managers and establish standardized methodologies
- Drive end-to-end execution of complex, cross-functional programs
- Introduce best practices, tools, and technologies to enhance execution (Jira, Asana, Smartsheet)
- Partner with Product and Engineering to strengthen Agile practices and delivery predictability
- Own Digital Operations and Site Event Operations for platform reliability and peak events
- Oversee portfolio budgeting and forecasting; track ROI and KPIs
- Provide coaching and performance management for PMO staff
- Ensure governance and risk management for payments, privacy, and vendors
