Job summary

IPSY is seeking a VP, TPM to partner with the CTO and lead the centralized PMO across our technology organization. This hybrid role blends strategy with execution for a high‑volume e‑commerce and subscription platform.

You will own the portfolio of strategic tech programs, build governance, and drive reliable, scalable operations from planning through delivery in a remote‑first setup.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, CS, or related field.
12+ years in technology leadership spanning strategy, PMO, and digital ops.
Experience in consumer-facing digital products, e‑commerce, or subscription platforms.

Responsibilities

Drive annual planning, OKR alignment, and progress tracking across technology.
Lead centralized PMO, defined vision, governance, and operating model.
Oversee portfolio of strategic initiatives spanning platform modernization and payments.
Build a scalable governance model and resource plans with cross‑functional leaders.
Lead a high‑performing PMO team and instill Agile, hybrid, stage‑gate methods.
Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of complex cross‑functional programs.
