Job summary

IPSY is seeking a VP, TPM to partner with the CTO and lead the centralized PMO across the tech organization. This hybrid role blends strategic foresight with executional rigor for a high-growth e-commerce platform.

The VP will own a portfolio of initiatives including platform modernization, checkout, fulfillment, personalization, and subscription systems. You will build governance, metrics, and an operating rhythm for cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field required.
• 12+ years in technology leadership spanning strategy, program management, and digital operations.
• 5+ years in a PMO role; strong executive collaboration required.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic execution and CTO enablement across the technology organization.
• Define and manage a portfolio of strategic initiatives spanning platform modernization, checkout/payments, fulfillment, personalization, and subscription systems.
• Build operating framework, governance, and metrics for the PMO and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Drive end-to-end execution of complex programs and improve delivery velocity through best practices and tooling.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to strengthen Agile practices and delivery predictability.
• Own Digital Operations oversight, ensuring platform reliability and peak event readiness.
• Lead a high-performing team of PMs and implement scalable governance models.
