Job summary

IPSY is seeking a VP, TPM to lead the centralized PMO and partner with CTO to enable strategic technology delivery across a high-growth e-commerce and subscription platform. This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on program management, driving platform modernization, checkout and payments, and fulfillment initiatives.

The position supports remote work from anywhere in the U.S. and requires a strong track record of leading cross-functional teams, managing budgets, and delivering complex

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, CS or related field.
• 12+ years of technology leadership experience.
• 5+ years in a PMO or portfolio leadership role.
• Experience with consumer-facing digital products, e-commerce, or subscriptions.
• Fluent understanding of delivery mechanics, instrumentation, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic execution and CTO enablement across the technology org.
• Define and manage the PMO vision, operating model, and governance.
• Oversee a portfolio of platform modernization, checkout, fulfillment, and personalization initiatives.
• Build and lead a high-performing PMO team with standardized methodologies.
• Drive end-to-end execution of cross-functional programs and peak-commerce readiness.
• Advance Agile practices, roadmap planning, and release governance.
