Job summary

IPSY seeks a VP, TPM to partner with the CTO and lead the centralized PMO across technology. Hybrid role, reporting to CTO, and eligible for remote work from any U.S. state where IPSY hires.

You will own a portfolio of strategic programs including platform modernization, checkout/payments, fulfillment, personalization, and subscription systems, driving governance and operational excellence at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 12+ years of technology leadership spanning strategy, program management, and digital operations.
• 5+ years in a PMO and leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive annual planning, OKR alignment, and progress tracking across the technology organization.
• Define and manage a portfolio of strategic initiatives spanning platform modernization, checkout/payments, fulfillment, personalization, subscription systems, and experience transformation.
• Build and lead a high-performing PMO team; establish standardized methodologies ( Agile, hybrid, stage-gate).
• Lead end-to-end execution of complex cross-functional programs across platforms and services.
• Oversee Agile adoption, roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, and release governance.
