Job summary

IPSY is hiring a VP, TPM to lead the centralized TPM function, partnering with CTO and driving strategic technology programs across a high-growth e-commerce platform.

This remote-first role reports to the CTO and can be fully remote from any U.S. state where IPSY is authorized to hire. You will own governance, metrics, and end-to-end program execution to accelerate business outcomes at scale.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of technology leadership spanning strategy, program management and digital operations.
• 5+ years in a PMO leadership role.
• Experience in consumer-facing digital products, e-commerce, or subscription platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic execution, OKR alignment, and cross‑team progress tracking across technology.
• Head centralized PMO; define vision, operating model, and governance framework.
• Manage a portfolio of initiatives: platform modernization, checkout/payments, fulfillment, personalization.
• Build an Agile/Hybrid delivery framework and governance for programs.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to improve delivery predictability.
• Oversee Digital Operations, reliability, and peak-event readiness.
