Job summary

IPSY is seeking a Vice President, TPM to lead the centralized TPM function across our technology organization. This role blends strategy, governance, and hands-on program leadership for a high-growth e-commerce platform.

You will own strategic technology programs and build the operating rhythm, ensuring reliability and speed during peak commerce events, while collaborating with product, engineering, data, and operations. This is a remote-friendly U.S. role with executive visibility.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
12+ years of experience in technology leadership spanning strategy, program management, and digital operations, with 5+ years in a PMO.
Experience in consumer-facing digital products, e-commerce, or subscription-commerce platforms preferred.
Fluent in how digital platforms actually ship and get measured — delivery mechanics, instrumentation, engineering culture.
Hands-on fluency with delivery and collaboration tools: Jira, Confluence, Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic execution and CTO enablement across the technology org.
Define and implement the centralized PMO vision, operating model and governance.
Define and manage a portfolio of initiatives including platform modernization, checkout/payments, fulfillment, personalization, and subscriptions.
Build and lead a high-performing PMO team of managers.
Drive end-to-end, cross-functional program delivery and continuous improvement.
