Job summary

IPSY is seeking a VP, TPM to lead the centralized PMO and strategic technology programs for a high‑growth e‑commerce and subscription platform. The role blends strategic foresight with execution rigor, partnering with CTO and cross‑functional teams across product, engineering, data, and operations.

You will own portfolio governance, platform modernization, checkout/payments, and fulfillment, while driving reliable delivery and KPI oversight in a fully remote, US‑based capacity.

Qualifications

• Lead cross-functional technology initiatives with focus on PMO and Digital Operations.
• Provide strategic program management and governance across large portfolio.
• Promote data-driven delivery, Agile practices, and reliable execution.

Responsibilities

• Drive annual planning, OKR alignment, and progress tracking across technology.
• Define and manage a centralized PMO with governance and metrics.
• Lead portfolio spanning platform modernization, checkout, fulfillment, and personalization.
• Build operating framework for prioritization, milestones, and risk flags.
• Lead a high‑performing PMO team; implement Agile/Hybrid/Stage‑Gate methods.
• Ensure end‑to‑end delivery of complex programs with cross‑functional partners.
• Introduce tools and practices (Jira, Asana, Smartsheet) to boost velocity.
• Partner with Product/Engineering to strengthen Agile delivery and governance.
• Own Digital Operations KPIs (uptime, load times, deployment frequency).
