Job summary

IPSY is seeking a VP, TPM to partner with the CTO and lead the centralized PMO across our tech org. This hybrid role blends strategy, governance, and hands-on delivery for a high-growth e-commerce platform.

You will own strategic tech programs—platform modernization, checkout, fulfillment, personalization—and build the operating rhythm, metrics, and risk controls to move fast without breaking things. Remote work is allowed from any U.S. state IPSY hires.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 12+ years of technology leadership experience, including PMO.
• Experience with consumer-facing digital or ecommerce platforms preferred.
• Fluent in delivery mechanics, instrumentation, and governance.
• Hands-on with Jira, Confluence, Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual planning, OKR alignment, and progress tracking for technology.
• Define and run the centralized PMO, governance, and portfolio management.
• Define a portfolio of initiatives across platform modernization, checkout, fulfillment.
• Build a high-performing PMO team and scalable delivery practices.
• Foster data-driven decisions, budget tracking, and risk management.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, and Ops for alignment.
