Job summary
IPSY is seeking a VP, TPM to partner with the CTO and lead the centralized PMO across our high-growth tech platform. This remote-first role blends strategy with execution for a consumer digital business.
You’ll own a portfolio of programs from platform modernization to checkout, personalization, and fulfillment, building governance, tooling, and an operating rhythm that keeps teams aligned and delivering at scale.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of technology leadership spanning strategy, program management, and digital operations.
- 5+ years in a PMO, with executive exposure.
Responsibilities
- Drive annual planning, OKR alignment, and progress tracking across the technology organization.
- Lead the centralized PMO function; define and implement its vision, operating model, and governance framework.
- Define and manage a portfolio of strategic initiatives spanning platform modernization, checkout/payments, fulfillment, personalization, subscription systems, and experience transformation.
- Build the operating framework to prioritize work, track milestones, resolve dependencies, manage budget, and flag risk.
- Keep cross-functional teams aligned on scope, sequencing, and delivery dates.
- Build and lead a high-performing team of project/program managers; establish standardized methodologies.
- Drive end-to-end execution of complex, cross-functional programs and introduce best practices and tools.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to strengthen Agile practices and delivery predictability.
- Own Digital Operations and Site Event Operations for reliability and peak commerce execution.
