Job summary
IPSY, a remote-first company, is seeking a VP, TPM to partner with the CTO and lead the centralized PMO across a high-growth e-commerce platform. You will oversee strategic initiatives including platform modernization, checkout and payments, fulfillment, personalization, and subscription systems, while building governance and metrics to keep engineering, product, data, and operations aligned.
This role reports to the CTO and can be fully remote from any US state where IPSY hires.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 12+ years of technology leadership experience
- 5+ years in a PMO
- Experience in consumer-facing digital products, e-commerce, or subscription platforms
- Fluent in delivery mechanics, instrumentation, and executive communication
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic execution and CTO enablement across the tech org.
- Define and govern the centralized PMO and portfolio of initiatives.
- Drive Agile practices, backlog planning, and release governance.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and KPI-driven performance.
- Build and mentor a high-performing PMO team and governance framework.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to align execution with strategy.
