IPSY, a remote-first company, seeks a VP, TPM to partner with the CTO and lead the centralized PMO for our high-growth tech platform. This hybrid role blends strategy, governance, and hands-on program leadership across platform modernization, payments, fulfillment, and personalization.

The role reports to the CTO and can be fully remote from any U.S. state where IPSY can hire. You will build a high-performing team of PMs and drive operational excellence with measurable KPIs.

Formación

• 12+ years of technology leadership spanning strategy, program management, and digital operations.
• 5+ years in a PMO leadership role in a fast-growing environment.
• Experience with consumer-facing digital products, e‑commerce or subscription platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic execution and CTO enablement across the tech org.
• Own PMO portfolio governance and prioritize strategic initiatives.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of cross-functional programs and track KPIs.
• Strengthen Agile practices and delivery predictability with Product and Engineering.
