Clarivate is seeking a Vice President, Teaching & Learning to shape and scale onCourse, our AI-native platform for transforming teaching, learning, and student success in higher education.

The role is a high-impact, product-led executive position focused on building a growth business by leveraging university relationships, differentiated data assets, and global reach. You will lead a cross-functional team to drive adoption and revenue scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading in higher education technology or enterprise edtech.
• 5+ years leading a business unit, product strategy, or general management.
• Proven track record launching or scaling disruptive software products.
• Experience with GTM, pricing, and pipeline development.
• Strong relationships with higher education institutions and enterprise customers.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams across sales, product, marketing, and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own the business strategy, product direction, and revenue growth for onCourse.
• Define market focus, segments, value proposition, and growth model.
• Set product vision and roadmap priorities in partnership with Technology.
• Lead customer discovery, design partner engagement, and product-market fit.
• Own the revenue plan, GTM approach, pricing, and sales enablement model.
• Develop executive relationships with universities, partners, and early adopters.
• Drive pipeline creation, deal progression, and customer conversion.
• Lead an integrated team across sales, product management, and product marketing.
