Job summary

Clarivate seeks a Vice President, Teaching & Learning to shape and scale onCourse, our AI-native platform for higher education. This is a high-impact, product-led executive role to build a growth business by combining market expertise with university relationships and data assets.

You will define market strategy, drive product direction, and lead cross-functional teams across sales, product, marketing, and technology to accelerate adoption and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in higher education technology or related fields.
• 5+ years leading a business unit, product strategy, or GM functions.
• Experience launching or scaling a disruptive software product or new venture.
• Experience owning GTM, pricing, and pipeline development.
• Experience working with higher education institutions and enterprise customers.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across sales, product, marketing, tech, finance, operations.

Responsibilities

• Own the business strategy, product direction, market development, commercialization, customer adoption, and revenue growth for onCourse and related opportunities.
• Define market focus, customer segments, value proposition, growth model, and path from launch to revenue scale.
• Set product vision and roadmap priorities in partnership with Technology and customer needs.
• Lead customer discovery, design partner engagement, and product-market fit validation.
• Own the revenue plan, GTM approach, pricing, pipeline strategy, and sales enablement in partnership with Sales.
• Develop executive relationships with universities, design partners, early adopters, and strategic prospects.
• Drive pipeline creation, deal progression, customer conversion, and predictable commercial performance.
• Lead an integrated team across sales, product management, and product marketing with partners across technology, content, AI, finance, and operations.
