Job summary

Clarivate Analytics US LLC seeks a Vice President, Teaching & Learning to shape and scale onCourse, our AI-native platform for higher education. Lead a growth-focused business by combining market expertise with Clarivate's university relationships and data assets.

You will own strategy, product direction, GTM, pricing, and revenue growth, building executive relationships with universities and strategic partners to drive validation and pipeline. This is a high-impact, product-led executive role.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in higher education technology, enterprise edtech, or related markets.
• 5+ years leading a business unit, product strategy, or general management.
• Experience launching, repositioning, or scaling a disruptive software product or venture.
• Experience owning or contributing to go-to-market strategy, pricing, and pipeline development.
• Experience working with higher education institutions, university leaders, enterprise customers, and partners.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across sales, product, marketing, technology, finance, or operations.

Responsibilities

• Own the business strategy, product direction, market development, commercialization, customer adoption, and revenue growth for onCourse and related Teaching & Learning opportunities.
• Define market focus, customer segments, value proposition, growth model, and path from launch to adoption and revenue scale.
• Set product vision and roadmap priorities in partnership with Technology, grounded in customer needs and commercial goals.
• Lead customer discovery and design partner engagement to focus on capabilities driving adoption.
• Own the revenue plan, go-to-market approach, pricing, pipeline strategy, and sales enablement with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Technology.
• Develop executive relationships with universities, design partners, early adopters, and strategic prospects to accelerate validation and pipeline creation.
• Drive pipeline creation, deal progression, customer conversion, and predictable commercial performance.
• Lead an integrated team across sales, product management, and product marketing while coordinating with technology, content, AI, finance, and operations.
• Align senior leaders around business case, market opportunity, investment needs, and growth path.
