Clarivate is seeking a Vice President, Teaching & Learning to shape and scale onCourse, our AI-native platform for higher education. You will build a growth-focused business by combining market expertise with Clarivate's university relationships, content and data assets, and global reach.

You will lead strategy, product direction, and revenue growth, working across sales, product, marketing, technology, and operations to drive adoption and scale with universities and enterprise partners.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of leadership experience in higher education technology, enterprise edtech, digital learning, or SaaS.
• 5+ years of experience leading a business unit or product strategy.
• Proven track record launching or scaling disruptive software products or ventures.
• Experience owning go-to-market, product strategy, pricing, and pipeline development.
• Experience working with higher education institutions, enterprise customers, and partners.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across sales, product, marketing, technology, and operations.

Aufgaben

• Own the business strategy, product direction, market development, and revenue growth for onCourse and related opportunities.
• Define market focus, segments, value proposition, growth model, and path from launch to adoption and revenue scale.
• Set product vision and roadmap priorities in partnership with Technology and customer needs.
• Lead customer discovery, design partner engagement, and product-market fit validation.
• Own revenue plan, go-to-market approach, pricing, and pipeline strategy with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Technology.
• Develop executive relationships with universities, design partners, early adopters, and strategic prospects.
• Drive pipeline creation, deal progression, customer conversion, and predictable commercial performance.
• Lead an integrated team across sales, product management, and product marketing while coordinating with technology, content, AI, finance, and operations.
• Align senior leaders around business case, market opportunity, investment needs, and growth path.
