Job summary

Travere Therapeutics seeks a visionary Vice President, People Technology & Operations to lead global People technology, AI-driven transformation, and People Operations. This role translates strategy into an integrated technology roadmap, partnering with IT and business leaders to enable scalable, compliant services for employees and managers.

The candidate will drive adoption, governance, and data integrity across HR systems, with a focus on optimizing Workday, analytics, and service

Qualifications

15+ years of progressive experience in People technology, HR systems, or People Operations, including leadership.
Experience leading enterprise HR technology strategy with Workday implementation or optimization.
Experience with AI-driven processes and governance, data privacy, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Lead People technology strategy and roadmap, align Workday with business priorities.
Oversee Workday design, optimization, and ongoing support; ensure platform effectiveness and user experience.
Establish governance, demand prioritization, and change control in partnership with IT and owners.
Oversee data governance, reporting, and integrations across systems; ensure data quality and access.
Manage technology investments and vendor relationships for value and adoption.
