Job summary

Travere Therapeutics in San Diego is seeking a Vice President, People Technology & Operations to lead the global People technology, digital transformation, and People Operations capabilities. A key objective is to transform how People Success delivers services through AI, automation, integrated systems, and simpler processes.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the VP translates strategy into a technology roadmap and prioritizes investments.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in People technology, HR systems, or HR transformation with significant leadership experience.
• Experience designing and scaling People Operations in a global organization with strong adoption.
• Experience applying AI to business processes with focus on privacy, accuracy and oversight.

Responsibilities

• Own the People technology strategy and roadmap, aligning Workday with business priorities.
• Lead Workday design, optimization, and ongoing support with internal experts and external partners.
• Establish governance, demand prioritization, release planning, testing, and change control.
• Oversee integrations, reporting, and data governance across systems.
• Manage technology investments and vendor relationships for value and adoption.
