Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Technology, or related field.
- 15+ years in People technology, HR systems, or HR transformation with leadership experience.
- Experience scaling People Operations in a global, multi-geography organization.
- Proven Workday implementation/optimization experience.
- Experience with HR technology governance, integrations, data quality, and vendor partnerships.
- Experience applying AI to business processes with data privacy and oversight.
- Life sciences/pharma/biotech experience strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead People technology strategy and roadmap for Workday and related systems.
- Oversee Workday design, optimization, and support with internal and external partners.
- Establish governance, planning, testing, and change control with IT and owners.
- Ensure data governance, reporting, and data quality across systems.
- Lead digital transformation using AI, automation to scale services.
- Guide operational delivery including budgeting, vendor management, and talent development.
