Qualifications

• Track record of closing $1M+ annually on large multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling to multifamily groups or similar multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision makers.
• Prefer closing business over people management.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sales cycle for large, multi-location multifamily deals over 3–12 months.
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Expand after signing to add more locations and services.
• Collaborate with strategists to prepare proposals for major deals.
