Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a VP of Sales for Multifamily to own the largest multi-location deals from first contact to signed contracts. This is an individual contributor role with a heavy focus on strategic, multi-location accounts and closing high-value deals.

You will work with leads provided by our sales development team or inbound inquiries, targeting multifamily owners and property management groups with portfolios spanning multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Proven track record selling to enterprise/multi-location buyers.
• Experience closing 7+ figure multi-location deals preferred.
• Ability to manage long, consultative sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Own full sales cycle from discovery to close on multi-location deals.
• Engage owners, regional operators and marketing leaders in negotiations.
• Expand by adding locations and services after signings.
