Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a VP of Sales for Multifamily to own the largest multi-location deals, from discovery to signed contracts. This is an individual contributor role focused on strategic, high-value opportunities across portfolios.

You will engage owners, regional operators and marketing leaders, managing deals that span 3 to 12 months and coordinating with our sales development team to move inbound meetings toward wins. Remote work is supported for USA/Canada portfolios.

Qualifications

• Proven track record closing $1M+ annually on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling into multifamily groups or similar multi-location buyers.
• Ability to manage long, consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Preference for closing business over people management.

Responsibilities

• Own full cycle from discovery to close on large deals over 3–12 months.
• Negotiate with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders.
• Expand into more locations and services after a group signs.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership for key deals.
