Blacksmith Agency is seeking a VP of Sales for Multifamily to own our largest multi-location deals from the first meeting with ownership to the signed contract. This is an individual contributor seat with no direct reports, focused on strategic, multi-location multifamily accounts across the US and Canada.

Leads are fed by our sales development team and inbound inquiries, and you will close deals that cover multiple locations and portfolios, with long, consultative cycles.

Competenze

• A proven track record closing $1M+ annually on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling into multifamily groups or similar multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with several decision makers.
• Background in high-volume, single-location or transactional sales is not a fit.

Mansioni

• Own the full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close (3–12 months).
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Drive expansion to add locations and services after a signed deal.
• Collaborate on proposals with strategists and leadership for key deals.
