Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a VP of Sales for Multifamily to own our largest multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract. You will close strategic, multi-location accounts with ownership, regional operators and marketing leaders.

This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, focusing on expanding portfolios across locations. The seat targets deals that cover multiple properties, with a 3–12 month cycle and a quota-driven path to expand services as groups sign on.

Qualifications

• Experience closing $1M+ yearly on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Sales to multifamily groups or similar multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative cycles with several decision makers.

Responsibilities

• The full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close over 3–12 months.
• Deal with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Expansion: add locations and services after signing.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership to craft proposals.
