Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Vice President of Sales for Multifamily to own large, multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contracts. You will manage strategic accounts across locations, with inbound and SDR support, focusing on closing high-value opportunities.

In this role, you will lead end-to-end negotiations, coordinate with owners and regional operators, and drive expansion across portfolios.

Qualifications

• Experience closing $1M+ annually on large multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling to multifamily groups or similar multi-location buyers.
• Long consultative sales cycle with multiple decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Own the full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close (3–12 months).
• Sell to owners, regional operators and marketing leaders across locations.
• Drive expansion to more locations and services after signings.
