Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Vice President of Sales for Multifamily to own our largest multi-location deals, from initial meeting to signed contract. You will close strategically with multifamily owners and property managers across locations, guided by our inbound and sales development teams.

The role emphasizes long, consultative cycles, high-value accounts, and expansion to more locations and services after signing.

Qualifications

• Track record of closing $1M+ per year on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling into multifamily groups or similar multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with several decision makers.
• Prefers closing over people management.

Responsibilities

• Full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close over 3–12 months.
• Deals with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Expansion: more locations and services after signing a group.
• Proposals built with strategists and leadership for key deals.
