Zoom is seeking a seasoned Head of GTM Field Operations to lead the operational strategy for our go-to-market engine. You will translate cross-functional data into clear decisions and build scalable frameworks that guide field sales teams toward revenue outcomes.

You will partner with stakeholders across functions and geographies to drive planning, readiness initiatives, and performance priorities, shaping how Zoom's field organization grows and operates.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of leadership experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or go-to-market roles.
• Proven ability to drive results in dynamic environments and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong consultative skills and ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Experience leading organizational change management initiatives.
• Proven ability to coach and develop teams across multiple channels.
• Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop high-performing sales operations and business planning teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous growth
• Drive cross-functional business planning and the execution of revenue operations initiatives to maximize growth and operational efficiency
• Develop and implement sales strategies, performance metrics, and operational processes that support field sales team goals at scale
• Oversee annual and semi-annual sales readiness planning, ensuring alignment across functions and geographies
• Define and track key performance indicators across the GTM organization, translating insights into actionable recommendations for senior leadership
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to promote collaboration and remove barriers to business success
• Evaluate existing operational processes and design scalable systems and workflows that improve efficiency and support Zoom's growth trajectory
• Coach, mentor, and develop individuals and teams across multiple channels and communication modes
