This senior role partners with stakeholders globally to drive planning, readiness, and performance priorities. You will oversee sales operations and business planning, shaping metrics and processes across geographies.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of leadership experience in sales strategy, sales operations, or revenue operations in a SaaS/tech company.
• Proven ability to drive results in dynamic environments and work independently or with teams.
• Strong consultative skills and ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Experience leading organizational change and aligning cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop teams across channels.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to design scalable workflows.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop high-performing sales ops and business planning teams.
• Drive cross-functional business planning and execution of revenue ops initiatives.
• Develop and implement sales strategies, metrics, and processes to support field sales at scale.
• Oversee annual and semi-annual sales readiness planning across functions and geographies.
• Define and track KPIs across the GTM organization and translate insights for senior leadership.
• Promote collaboration and remove barriers to business success across teams.
• Evaluate and design scalable processes that support Zoom's growth trajectory.
• Coach and mentor individuals and teams across multiple channels and modes.
