Qualificações

• 8+ years of leadership experience in sales strategy, sales operations, or revenue operations at a SaaS/tech company.
• Proven ability to drive results in dynamic environments; capable of independent and collaborative work.
• Strong consultative skills and business acumen; translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Experience leading organizational change management with cross-functional influence.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop teams across multiple channels.
• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving; design scalable workflow improvements.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop sales operations and business planning teams with accountability and growth.
• Drive cross-functional business planning and revenue operations initiatives for growth and efficiency.
• Develop and implement sales strategies, metrics, and processes to scale field sales.
• Oversee annual and semi-annual sales readiness planning across functions and geographies.
• Define and track KPIs for the GTM organization and translate insights for senior leadership.
• Partner with stakeholders to promote collaboration and remove barriers to success.
• Evaluate processes and design scalable systems and workflows to support Zoom's growth.
• Coach, mentor, and develop individuals and teams across channels and modes.
