Job summary

Zoom is seeking a Head of GTM Field Operations to lead the operational strategy for the company’s go-to-market engine. This senior people manager will translate cross-functional data into clear decisions, build scalable frameworks, and guide field sales toward measurable revenue outcomes.

You will partner with stakeholders across geographies to drive planning, readiness initiatives, and performance priorities, shaping how Zoom's field organization grows and operates.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of leadership experience in sales strategy, sales operations, or revenue operations within a SaaS or technology company.
• Strong ability to translate complex data and business challenges into strategic recommendations.
• Experience leading organizational change management initiatives with cross-functional influence.
• Proven track record coaching and developing teams across multiple channels and modes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop high-performing sales operations and business planning teams, fostering accountability and growth.
• Drive cross-functional business planning and revenue operations initiatives to maximize growth and efficiency.
• Develop and implement sales strategies, performance metrics, and processes supporting field sales at scale.
• Oversee annual and semi-annual sales readiness planning with cross-functional alignment.
• Define and track KPIs across the GTM organization and translate insights for senior leadership.
• Partner with stakeholders to promote collaboration and remove barriers to success.
• Evaluate processes and design scalable workflows to support Zoom's growth.
• Coach, mentor, and develop individuals and teams across multiple channels.
