Qualifications

• Strong consultative skills and business acumen, with experience translating complex data into strategic recommendations.
• Experience leading organizational change with cross-functional influence.
• Proven ability to coach and develop teams across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop sales operations and business planning teams with accountability and growth.
• Drive cross-functional planning and revenue operations initiatives for growth and efficiency.
• Develop and implement sales strategies, metrics, and processes that scale field sales.
• Oversee annual/semi-annual readiness planning with alignment across regions.
• Define and track KPIs for the GTM organization and translate insights for senior leadership.
• Partner with stakeholders to promote collaboration and remove barriers to success.
• Evaluate processes and design scalable workflows to support Zoom's growth.
