Job summary

AESC is seeking a VP of Advanced Power Solutions to drive strategic sales with hyperscalers and AI infrastructure customers. This senior, remote role in the United States requires building executive relationships, shaping solutions, and leading complex, multi-year deals across data centers and energy storage systems.

You will own the pursuit of large customers, coordinate across product, engineering, finance and legal teams, and scale the commercial organization as the AIDC business grows.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise sales or business development in data centers or power infrastructure.
• 5+ years selling to hyperscale customers with executive stakeholders.
• Established executive and technical relationships across target customer types.
• Record of hundreds of millions in bookings/revenue.
• Strong understanding of data-center electrical infrastructure and power economics.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic accounts with hyperscalers, neoclouds, and major data-center developers.
• Build multi-year, risk-adjusted pipeline and meet revenue objectives.
• Lead total-solution selling across BESS, UPS, distribution, and interoperability.
• Manage full commercial cycle from qualification to close.
• Develop executive relationships and partner ecosystems.
