Job summary

Sciens Building Solutions in the United States seeks a Vice President, Global Data Centers to lead strategic growth across hyperscale, colocation, enterprise, and AI-driven data center markets. You will build executive relationships, oversee global accounts, and drive revenue growth while coordinating across operations, engineering, and service teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

This role requires deep data center knowledge, extensive leadership experience, and willingness to travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or related field.
• 15+ years in data centers or mission-critical infra.
• 10+ years leading strategic sales and account teams.
• Proven track record managing enterprise accounts and executive relationships.
• Willingness to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global data center growth strategy across hyperscale, colocation, cloud, and enterprise customers.
• Lead the Global Strategic Account Management (GSAM) program for data center customers with governance.
• Directly lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team focused on strategic accounts and growth.
• Build executive-level relationships with data center operators, REITs, developers, EPCs, and tech providers.
• Drive enterprise-wide sales growth across fire alarm, suppression, security, and lifecycle services.
• Sponsor major pursuits, national agreements, and multi-site customer engagements.
