Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a VP of Call & Clinical Operations to lead and scale Clinical Call and Operations across multiple brands. The role oversees a 24/7, 450+ agent and licensed professional workforce, ensuring compliant, high-quality engagement and performance.

The position emphasizes staffing strategy, operational excellence, and collaboration with product, legal, HR, and finance to align launches with execution readiness, while meeting regulatory standards and growth goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive executive experience leading complex, large-scale clinical call centers, clinical operations, or pharmacy operations in high-growth, matrixed organizations.
• Scale & scope experience: large remote or hybrid multi-site teams (400+ FTEs) in a 24/7 high-volume environment.
• Regulatory compliance experience with State Boards of Pharmacy and DEA.
• Strong change management capabilities to navigate organizational transformations.
• Advanced degree in Business, Operations, Pharmacy, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Clinical Call and Clinical Operations vertical across brands, representing 450+ agents with 24/7 coverage.
• Direct staffing and capacity strategies for 450 care professionals to balance cost, service, quality, and growth.
• Ensure high quality, standardized performance across a large work-from-home team.
• Maintain rigorous regulatory compliance and safety with state boards and DEA.
• Lead continuous improvement and coordinate with senior leaders on launches and timelines.
