Job summary

Fuze Health seeks an executive leader to head Call & Clinical Operations, overseeing a 24/7, multi-site operation with over 450 agents and licensed professionals. The role focuses on scaling services, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving high-quality patient engagement.

The VP will partner with Product, Compliance, Legal, HR, and Finance to align launches with execution readiness and business strategy while advancing operational excellence and cost-efficiency.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of executive leadership in large-scale clinical call centers or pharmacy operations.
• Licensed Pharmacist (RPh) in good standing with at least one state board.
• Willingness to obtain additional Non-Resident Licenses as dictated by business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Clinical Call and Clinical Operations vertical across legacy TruePill and Alto.
• Direct staffing and capacity management for 450+ agents and licensed clinical professionals (pharmacists, nurses, social workers).
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety aligned with State Boards of Pharmacy and DEA standards.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational scaling across a 24/7, high-volume environment.
