Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a VP, Call & Clinical Operations to lead 24/7 operations across multiple legacy entities, shaping strategy, staffing, and quality for 450+ care agents and clinicians. You will drive regulatory compliance and cross-functional collaboration with senior leaders.

The role requires an advanced degree and a proven track record in scaling large, remote teams while delivering compassionate patient engagement and cost-effective outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of executive experience leading complex, large-scale clinical call centers or pharmacy operations.
• Experience managing remote or hybrid multi-site teams (400+ employees).
• Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy and licensed pharmacist.
• Expertise in process engineering, quality management, scaling operations.
• Experience with regulatory authorities (State Boards of Pharmacy, DEA).
• Strong change management and strategic communication capabilities.
• Advanced degree in Business, Operations, Pharmacy, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Clinical Call and Clinical Operations across TruePill and Alto with 24/7 coverage.
• Drive operational maturity and compassionate patient engagement.
• Direct staffing and capacity strategies for 450+ care agents and clinicians.
• Ensure standardized performance across a large work-from-home team.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and safety per state boards and DEA.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity.
• Partner with Product, Compliance, Legal, HR, Finance, and leaders to align launches.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing leadership team.
