Job summary

Fuze Health in the United States seeks an experienced VP, Call & Clinical Operations to build and scale the infrastructure for rapid growth, balancing cost, quality, and service levels across 24/7 operations.

The role leads Clinical Call and Operations across multiple entities, guiding staffing, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration with senior leaders to ensure successful launches and continuous improvement in patient engagement and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of executive leadership in clinical call centers or pharmacy operations.
• Experience managing large remote/hybrid teams (400+ FTEs) in 24/7 environments.
• Pharmacy background with licensed pharmacist in good standing.
• Strong process engineering and quality management experience.
• Regulatory compliance experience with state boards/DEA.
• Change management in large-scale organizational transformations.
• Advanced degree in Business, Operations, Pharmacy, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Clinical Call and Operations vertical across legacy TruePill and Alto, representing a unified workforce of +450 agents with 24/7 coverage.
• Lead staffing and capacity strategies for 450+ care agents and licensed professionals to balance cost, service, quality, and growth.
• Ensure high quality, standardized performance across a large work-from-home team.
• Maintain regulatory compliance with state boards and DEA standards.
• Formalize and lead continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity and efficiency.
• Partner with Product, Compliance, Legal, HR, Finance, and other leaders to align launch timelines with execution readiness.
