Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a VP of Call & Clinical Operations to lead a 450+ agent and licensed clinical professional workforce across multiple sites, driving 24/7 coverage with a focus on patient engagement, quality, and regulatory compliance.

You will shape operational strategy, scale processes, and collaborate with Product, Compliance, Legal, HR and Finance to align launches with execution readiness and sustainable growth. A pharmacy background and advanced degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive executive experience leading large-scale clinical call centers or pharmacy operations.
• Pharmacy background preferred; licensed pharmacist in good standing.
• Strong change management, process engineering, and regulatory expertise.
• Experience managing remote or hybrid multi-site teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical call centers and pharmacy operations with accountability for SLAs.
• Scale operations to support rapid organizational growth.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards.
