Job summary

Fuze Health seeks an experienced executive to lead Clinical Call and Clinical Operations, overseeing a distributed workforce of 450+ agents with 24/7 operations. The role requires strong pharmacy background, regulatory acumen, and a track record of scaling complex healthcare operations.

The VP will drive staffing strategies, ensure quality and compliance, and partner with senior leaders to align initiatives with business aims while navigating regulatory requirements across multiple states.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive executive experience leading complex, large-scale clinical call centers, clinical operations, or pharmacy operations in high-growth, matrixed organizations.
• Experience directing 400+ remote/hybrid staff in a 24/7 high-volume environment.
• Pharmacy background with licensure and willingness to obtain additional non-resident licenses as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Clinical Call and Clinical Operations vertical across legacy TruePill and Alto, totaling 450+ agents with 24/7 coverage.
• Lead staffing and capacity strategies for 450+ care professionals to balance cost, service, and growth.
• Ensure high-quality, standardized performance across a large work-from-home team and modernize Rx contact center processes.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and work with state boards and the DEA.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Product, Compliance, Legal, HR, Finance and other senior leaders on launch readiness.
