Job summary

Fuze Health seeks a seasoned VP of Call & Clinical Operations to lead its Clinical Call and Operations vertical across multiple platforms, with a unified workforce of 450+ agents and 24/7 coverage. You will balance cost, quality, and SLAs while driving inbound resolution and outbound revenue strategies.

The role requires 10+ years in executive leadership within clinical call centers or pharmacy operations, strong regulatory expertise, and a track record of scaling multi-site teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive executive leadership experience in large-scale clinical call centers, clinical operations, or pharmacy operations.
• Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy and a Licensed Pharmacist in good standing.
• Experience managing remote or multi-site teams in 24/7, high-volume environments.
• Strong regulatory knowledge (State Boards of Pharmacy, DEA) and quality management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Clinical Call and Clinical Operations across multiple legacy platforms and sites.
• Direct staffing and capacity management for hundreds of agents and licensed professionals to balance cost, service, quality.
• Lead standardized performance initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance and safety.
• Collaborate with Product, Compliance, Legal, HR, Finance and other leaders to align launches with execution readiness.
