Job summary

Fuze Health seeks a VP of Call & Clinical Operations to lead the Clinical Call and Operations vertical across a unified fleet of 450+ agents and licensed clinicians, ensuring 24/7 coverage and high-quality patient engagement.

The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, scale management, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Compliance, Legal, HR, and Finance to align launches with execution readiness. Travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive executive experience leading complex, large-scale clinical call centers, clinical operations, or pharmacy operations.
Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy and licensed pharmacist in good standing.
Willingness to obtain additional Non-Resident Licenses as dictated by business strategy.

Responsibilities

Oversee Clinical Call and Clinical Operations vertical across legacy TruePill and Alto (450+ agents) with 24/7 coverage.
Drive operational maturity, compassionate patient engagement and key initiatives.
Direct staffing and capacity strategies for 450+ care agents and licensed professionals.
Ensure high quality, standardized performance across a large work-from-home team.
Maintain regulatory compliance with state boards and DEA standards.
