Fuze Health seeks a seasoned VP of Call & Clinical Operations to guide the strategic direction and scale of clinical call centers and pharmacy operations. You will oversee a unified workforce of 450+ agents across remote and hybrid sites, ensuring patient engagement, quality, compliance, and SLA adherence in a high-volume, 24/7 environment.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of progressive executive leadership experience in large-scale clinical call centers or pharmacy operations.
• Experience managing 400+ FTEs in a remote or hybrid multi-site environment.
