Fuze Health is seeking a VP of Call & Clinical Operations to lead the Clinical Call and Operations vertical. This executive will manage a 24/7, 450+ person workforce spanning pharmacists, nurses, and social workers, aligning growth with quality, cost control, and SLA adherence.

The role requires a pharmacy background, advanced degree, and a track record of scaling large remote/hybrid teams while maintaining strict regulatory compliance across DEA and state boards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of executive leadership in clinical call centers or pharmacy operations.
• Experience managing 400+ FTEs across remote/hybrid sites.
• Pharmacist license and pharmacy school graduate preferred.
• Proven process engineering and quality management expertise.
• Experience with regulatory compliance (DEA, State Boards).
• Change management and strategic communication skills.
• Advanced degree in Business, Operations, Pharmacy or related field.

Responsabilités

• Lead Clinical Call and Clinical Operations for 24/7 unified team across legacy TruePill and Alto.
• Drive operational maturity, compassionate and compliant patient engagement, and initiative execution.
• Direct staffing and capacity for 450+ care agents and licensed staff.
• Ensure standardized performance and Rx contact center SOPs.
• Maintain regulatory compliance with state boards and DEA.
• Lead continuous improvement to boost productivity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Product, Compliance, Legal, HR, Finance and leaders.
• Mentor and develop the leadership team.
