Fuze Health Inc. is seeking an accomplished executive to lead Clinical Call and Operations, guiding a 24/7, remote and hybrid team of 400+ professionals. The VP will balance cost, quality, and service levels while driving strategic initiatives across product, compliance, and finance.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in senior clinical call centers or pharmacy operations, with a licensed pharmacist background and willingness to obtain additional licenses as required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of executive leadership in clinical call centers, clinical operations, or pharmacy operations.
• Pharmacy background preferred; licensed pharmacist in good standing.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed by business strategy.
• Experience managing large remote or hybrid multi-site teams (400+ FTEs).
• Strong focus on regulatory compliance, quality, and patient engagement.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and direct the Clinical Call and Clinical Operations vertical across legacy platforms with a unified workforce.
• Direct staffing and capacity strategies to balance cost, service, quality, and growth for hundreds of agents and licensed professionals.
• Drive standardized performance, QUALITY, and SOP alignment across a large work-from-home operation.
• Maintain regulatory compliance with State Boards and DEA standards; ensure safety and ethics.
