Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. seeks an accomplished executive to lead Clinical Call and Operations, overseeing a unified, 24/7 multi-site team including pharmacists, nurses, and social workers.

The role emphasizes staffing, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration to drive growth and service excellence. The candidate should have 10+ years in executive healthcare operations, a pharmacy background, and a track record of scaling remote teams while maintaining quality and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of executive experience leading large-scale clinical call centers, clinical operations, or pharmacy operations.
• Experience managing 400+ remote or hybrid teams in 24/7 high-volume environments.
• Pharmacy background with licensure in at least one state and willingness to obtain additional licenses.
• Proven ability to drive operational excellence and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Clinical Call and Clinical Operations across legacy entities.
• Direct staffing and capacity strategies for 450+ agents/professionals to balance cost, service, growth.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety across operations.
• Collaborate with Product, Compliance, Legal, HR, Finance and other senior leaders to align launches with execution readiness.
