Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a VP of Call & Clinical Operations to scale a 24/7, multi-site clinical call center and pharmacy operations across remote and on-site teams. You will lead operational maturity, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive strategic initiatives with cross-functional partners.

The role requires 10+ years of executive leadership in healthcare operations, a pharmacy degree, and an advanced business degree.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of executive leadership in healthcare operations.
• Pharmacy degree and licensed pharmacist status.
• Advanced degree in Business, Operations or Pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Clinical Call and Clinical Operations vertical across legacy TruePill and Alto with 450+ agents.
• Direct staffing and capacity management for large remote/hybrid teams.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality patient engagement.
• Lead continuous improvement to drive efficiency and SLA adherence.
• Collaborate with Product, Compliance, Legal, HR, and Finance.
