Fuze Health is seeking an accomplished VP of Call & Clinical Operations to lead a 24/7, 450+ person workforce across clinical call centers and pharmacy operations. Qualifications

• Executive leadership with 10+ years of experience in large-scale clinical call centers or pharmacy operations.
• Experience leading remote or hybrid multi-site teams (400+ FTEs) in 24/7 high-volume environments.
• Pharmacy background preferred: licensed pharmacist in good standing; willingness to obtain additional licenses.
• Operational excellence in process engineering, quality management, and scaling operations.
• Experience maintaining pharmacy compliance and interacting with regulatory authorities (State Boards, DEA).
• Proven change management skills to navigate organizational transformations.
• Strategic communication to define decision rights and influence across a matrix organization.
• Advanced degree in Business, Operations, Pharmacy, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Clinical Call and Clinical Operations vertical across legacy TruePill and Alto, representing 450+ agents with 24/7 coverage.
• Drive operational maturity and patient engagement while executing high-priority clinical and business initiatives.
• Direct staffing and capacity strategies for 450+ care agents and licensed professionals to balance cost, service, quality, and growth.
• Ensure high-quality, standardized performance across a large work-from-home team and modernize SOPs.
• Maintain rigorous regulatory compliance and state board/DEA standards.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity and efficiency.
• Partner with Product, Compliance, Legal, HR, Finance, and senior leaders to align launches with readiness.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing leadership team.
