Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a VP of Call & Clinical Operations to lead the Clinical Call and Operations vertical, overseeing a distributed workforce of 450+ agents with 24/7 coverage.

You will drive regulatory compliance, staffing strategies, and continuous improvement across multi-site operations in a fast-growing health services ecosystem. The role requires an advanced degree in Business, Operations, Pharmacy, or related field and a Pharmacy license (RPh).

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive executive experience leading complex, large-scale clinical call centers or pharmacy operations.
Experience managing large, remote or hybrid multi-site teams (400+ FTEs) in a 24/7 high-volume environment.
Experience maintaining regulatory compliance and interacting with regulatory authorities (State Boards of Pharmacy, DEA).

Responsibilities

Oversee Clinical Call and Clinical Operations vertical across legacy TruePill and Alto, totaling +450 agents.
Direct staffing and capacity strategies to balance cost, service, quality and growth.
Ensure high quality, standardized performance across a large work-from-home team.
