Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking an accomplished VP of Call & Clinical Operations to lead a 24/7, 450+ person team spanning pharmacists, nurses, and social workers. You will drive the roadmap for clinical call centers, align with product, compliance, legal, HR and finance, and scale operations to support rapid growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive executive experience leading complex, large-scale clinical call centers or pharmacy operations in high-growth, matrixed organizations.
• Proven track record managing large remote or hybrid multi-site teams (400+ FTEs) in 24/7 high-volume environments.
• Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy and licensed pharmacist in good standing; willingness to obtain additional licenses as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct the Clinical Call and Clinical Operations vertical across legacy TruePill and Alto, representing a unified workforce of 450+ agents with 24/7 coverage.
• Drive operational maturity and compassionate, compliant patient engagement and execution of high-priority initiatives.
• Direct staffing and capacity strategies for hundreds of care agents and licensed professionals to balance cost, service, quality, and growth.
• Ensure high quality, standardized performance across a large work-from-home team and harmonize Rx contact center SOPs.
• Maintain regulatory compliance with state boards and DEA; lead continuous improvement initiatives.
